“You’ve been down that road with that before,” Romo’s fellow broadcaster Jim Nantz joked.

Earlier this month, when the Chiefs were at Highmark Stadium to face the Bills, Romo referred to Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, as Swift’s “brother-in-law.”

But Swift and Romo’s encounter on Sunday night wasn’t the only viral moment of the night.

But despite his pleas, Swift was shown cheering and jumping during the AFC Championship Game, particularly during the moment Kelce caught a 19-yard touchdown pass from Patrick Mahomes in the first quarter.

Kelce finished the game with 11 completions for 116 yards, a feat that broke Jerry Rice’s record for most postseason receptions.

Swift has been a regular at Kelce games since September, with her legion of fans boosting NFL ratings and skyrocketing sales of Kelce jerseys.

In an interview with Time Last month, the 12-time Grammy winner said she and Kelce hit it off after he “very adorably made me explode on his podcast.”

“We started dating right after that. So we spent a significant amount of time that no one knew about, which I’m grateful, because we were able to get to know each other,” she told the outlet. “When I went to the first game, we were a couple. I think some people think they saw our first date in that game. “We would never be psychotic enough to launch a first date hard.”

Swift said Time that the two are comfortable supporting each other publicly and will not keep secrets in their relationship.

“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we introduce ourselves to each other, there are other people there and we don’t care,” Swift said in her Time interview. “The opposite of that is that you have to go to extreme lengths to make sure no one knows you’re dating someone. And we are just proud of each other.”

After the Chiefs’ 17-10 victory Sunday night, the two sealed Kansas City’s victory with a kiss.

“Taylor will literally travel back in time to land before taking off, which means she’ll be able to enjoy a good meal, get a good night’s sleep, and make it to the Super Bowl to cheer on the Chiefs without a problem,” Spencer says.

But Swift’s next show is Feb. 16 in Australia, so if the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers, her celebration with Kelce will be short-lived as she’ll be back on a plane shortly after the Super Bowl ends.
